Darren Harris is a Paralympian, psychologist and speaker known for his inspiring and insightful keynotes at conferences and events.
With 23 years experience competing in high performance sport, he specialises in giving leaders and teams the psychological tools to better prepare for and respond to adversity. In his talks, Darren shares how participants in his programmes have doubled their rate of goal achievement through applying the 3 Rs of Resilience, offering practical insights attendees can implement in their own lives.
Described as “easy to work with” by event planners, and “inspiring” by Audience members, he is Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association and multi-award-winning speaker, trusted by companies like Allianz, Amnesty International, Bank of England, Gallacher, HSBC, MOD, and NHS to name a few.
On the sports field, he has been inducted into the football Hall of Fame, become the most capped and most decorated England blind footballer, and competed at two Paralympics in two different sports.
